Terri Ward
Executive Director/CEO, CDRA
Terri Ward has 35 years of experience in solid waste and recycling, including capital equipment acquisition and sales, facility construction and operations and consulting engineering. She has dedicated most of her career to size-reduction technologies and related processing equipment for transforming waste into higher-value products. Ward is deeply involved in market development, applications and solutions development, product and plant design and process optimization for challenging materials—particularly construction and demolition (C&D) debris. She also has direct experience with municipal, commercial and industrial waste and complex scrap such as mattresses, windmill blades and electronics.
Ward is a longtime member of CDRA, serving as committee chair and member of the board and executive committee for the last six years before becoming executive director/CEO. After many years working nationally as a supplier and consultant to member companies, she brings her broad skill set and deep knowledge to build upon CDRA’s rich tradition as the only national association dedicated to C&D recycling. She embraces the association’s member focus to “Collaborate. Innovate. Advance.”
