Logan Harvey is the senior general manager for Recology Sonoma Marin, where he oversees collection, recycling processing, transfer operations, customer service and maintenance. He manages more than 400 employees serving 13 franchises across 200 square miles in Sonoma County.

Logan joined Recology in 2019 as a waste zero specialist for Recology Sonoma Marin. He later moved to Recology’s Seattle operation, where he served as Recology King County’s waste zero manager and then as government relations manager. In those roles, he led several successful requests for proposals across the Pacific Northwest before returning to Sonoma County to become general manager.

As general manager, Logan has led the successful opening of Recology Sonoma Marin’s new material recovery facility and worked to improve customer service and operational excellence for the community he serves.
