Josh Robbins is the startup manager at Van Dyk Recycling Solutions, where he ensures a smooth transition for every system installation. He oversees the handover process, providing on-site training and guidance until operators are comfortable taking the reins. Since joining Van Dyk in 2012, Josh has brought extensive expertise in recycling equipment installation, maintenance, training and system optimization. Over the course of his tenure, he has led approximately 50 full-scale, turnkey startup projects.
