Danielle Easdale is the director of material systems at The Recycling Partnership, where she drives scalable solutions for hard-to-recycle materials such as film and flexible plastics, with a focus on increasing material recovery. In her role, she oversees projects that increase recovery rates, reduce contamination and accelerate progress toward a more circular economy by mobilizing stakeholders across the value chain.
With more than two decades of experience in the recycling and waste sector, Danielle has worked at the intersection of sustainability, operations and market development, translating technical challenges into actionable systems change. Her career spans a variety of roles across the recycling system, from leading material recovery facilities to managing public sector programs.
Danielle also serves as board president of the Nebraska Recycling Council. She is widely recognized for her leadership in advancing flexible packaging recycling and for her ability to convene diverse partners around shared goals.
She brings strategic insight, systems thinking and a knack for synthesizing complex topics into accessible dialogue.
