Charles Noble has dedicated 34 years to Republic Services, beginning his career in New Orleans where he held a variety of roles. When recycling launched in the region, Charles stepped up as operations supervisor. He was part of the local and corporate team that restored facility operations following Hurricane Katrina. Eight years ago, Charles brought his expertise to the Northeast Recycling Unit, managing operations in Cape May, New Jersey; Atlantic City, New Jersey; and eventually the King of Prussia Recyclery in Pennsylvania. His outstanding leadership was recognized in 2022 when he received the Recycling Center Leader Award. In May 2025, Charles was promoted to area manager of plant operation.
