Bill Weeden, assistant manager of electrical engineering at CP Group, leads departmental initiatives and oversees critical teams in controls engineering, drafting and panel shop fabrication. Since joining CP Group in 2016 as a project manager, he has played a pivotal role in facilitating seamless collaboration among a 25-member team, while maintaining clear communication with customers and contractors throughout the design and building process. In an era of rapid innovation, Bill takes pride in navigating advancements in artificial intelligence, optical sorters and automation.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Northland College, an environmental liberal arts college in Wisconsin, driven by his passion for recycling and commitment to being part of the solution.
