Benjamin Eule

Director UK & Head of Commissioning, Stadler

Dr.-Ing. Benjamin Eule is director at Stadler UK Ltd. and head of commissioning at Stadler Anlagenbau GmbH, where he has spent more than a decade leading major waste management projects across the U.K. and internationally. With more than 20 years of experience in engineering, operations and project delivery, he has overseen the design, commissioning and management of large-scale material recycling and waste recovery facilities.

Benjamin began his career as a waste management engineer and advanced through technical and leadership roles at Viridor before joining Stadler. His project portfolio includes the successful delivery of complex recycling infrastructures such as Viridor’s Crayford and Masons material recovery facilities; WM’s GCR Allentown; Republic Services polymer plants; Amey’s Isle of Wight and Allerton waste recovery parks; and international installations in Norway, Sweden and India.

He holds both a Dipl.-Ing. and Dr.-Ing. in waste processing from RWTH Aachen University of Technology. Benjamin combines strong technical expertise with practical leadership in contract management, health and safety and commissioning. His specialties include contract and project management, process design, functional safety and risk assessment.

He has also published research on the processing of comingled recyclate at U.K. material recovery facilities. Beyond his technical and managerial responsibilities, Benjamin is passionate about advancing sustainable recycling technologies and fostering multidisciplinary collaboration in the waste industry.
