
Adam Lovewell
Process Engineer, Midwest Territory Sales, Van Dyk Recycling Solutions
Adam Lovewell graduated from Virginia Tech in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial and systems engineering. From 2011 to 2015, he worked as a systems engineer for RRT Design & Construction. In 2016, he joined Van Dyk Recycling Solutions as the Midwest process engineer and sales manager.
Adam has been involved in numerous recycling equipment projects over the past 14 years, including simple roll cutting and baling sites, large baling systems, construction and demolition sorting systems, automated municipal solid waste/fuel systems, commercial sorting systems, PET/plastics sorting systems, single-stream sorting systems, advanced recycling/chemical feedstock systems, film sorting systems and various system retrofits.
He lives in Silver Lake, Wisconsin, and travels throughout North America and Europe, gaining a broad perspective on the industry and its current trends. His most recent project was a four-line, 20,000-pound-per-hour film sorting system. He is currently overseeing the completion of two new 40-ton-per-hour residential single-stream systems.
