Mark Henke serves as the director of process improvement and customer experience at CP Group, where he leads the CP Project Management Team and oversees the postinstallation customer service team. With extensive experience in coordinating efforts between the sales engineering team and project management, Mark ensures seamless installations, system commissioning and superior customer support.

Before joining CP Group, Mark spent 20 years as a senior recycling manager at Republic Services, where he gained invaluable insights through hands-on involvement with numerous recycling centers across the United States. His role encompassed a wide array of recycling projects, including new construction and retrofitting initiatives, further solidifying his expertise in the industry.
