Jim Marcinko has been in the Recycling industry for the past 30 years. Having started with New England CRInc back in the early ‘90s, he has been fortunate to see the many changes the industry has gone through. From the beginning with source separated collection, to dual stream and now to single-stream collection programs. These changes have led to many upgrades in sorting and processing equipment.

Marcinko is currently the southern tier recycling director for Waste Management overseeing more than 50 material recovery facilities (MRFs) in the southern U.S.
