Alex Pantzlaff serves as the recycling superintendent at Outagamie County Recycling & Solid Waste, where she oversees the operations of one of the largest publicly owned MRFs in the country. With more than 10 years of extensive experience in the solid waste management and recycling industry, Alex’s strengths aid in project management, building and managing a multimillion dollar budget and the integration of advanced technologies, such as AI and robotics, into recycling processes.
Under Alex's leadership, the facility has made significant strides in efficiency and innovation, contributing to environmental sustainability and operational excellence. Her collaborative mindset benefits Tri County Recycling in optimizing recycling systems for the residents and businesses in northeast Wisconsin and beyond.
