Ernesto Valencia started his journey in recycling in 2009 as a sorter at Diversified Recycling. Throughout his time with the company, he’s been in maintenance, operations and now serves as plant manager.

Through his years in MRF operations, he has learned many insights on equipment maintenance, run-time efficiencies, controlling costs to achieve budgetary goals, etc.

He is looking forward to expanding his knowledge by staying up to date with the latest production trends, technologies and best practices.
